You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Exceptions

Opened or used products may not be eligible for a full refund. Damaged or defective items may be replaced.
